TITLE : X-Ray Tech / Radiology / Hospital Setting

This facility is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and at the intersection of two Interstates that allows access to several larger metro areas like Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Wheeling.

Associates Degree in Radiology Technology required.
Must be licensed as a Radiology Tech and have ARRT.

Hours and Compensation potential :

There are 2 full time positions available : One is 7pm-7am and the other is variable shift(7am-10pm) and both rotate weekend.
The range is between $23.05hr-$34.58hr depending on experience and shift diff is $1.15 for 3p-11p and $1.38 for 11p-7am and offers a full benefit package and a 10K sign on bonus.

What you'll be doing :

Under the direct supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging Director and the Radiology Supervisor, and under the general supervision of the Medical Director of Diagnostic Imaging and the Radiologists provides

the Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) performs radiologic procedures per physicians' orders and produces radiographic images according to Radiology Department policies and procedures.

Transports and positions patients
Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision
Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis
Maintains adequate records of procedures performed.

Facility is around 100 beds acute care facility and part of a healthcare system.
Position will report to the Manager whom is well respected within the organization.
