A DAY IN THE LIFE
Serves as a liaison and lead point of contact between Blattner and clients through client relationship management including end to end engagement with each client.
Meets with key clients on a regular basis to d evelop an understanding of their goals, needs, and concerns to identify and grow future opportunities.
Clearly defines, establishes , and implements plans to identify how client requirements will be achieved (e.g., sets objectives , aligns organizational development practices, implements process improvement strategies).
Collaborates with internal teams to address customers' needs and works with department leaders to create data collection guidelines for internal use .
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in business or related area required ; or an equivalent combination of education and business-related work experience in a client service position.
Minimum of 3 years of direct client account management experience required .
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
E xperience in the construction industry preferred.
Persuasive, persistent, and winsome self-starter motivated by challenge and change.
Ability to think strategically about the personal impact to the client's long-term business strategy.
