ReStl Designers has an opportunity for the Senior Structural Engineer who is seeking a career advancing position. Where with mentorship, they will develop into a Principal leadership role.

What we design : a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction. Structures include but are not limited to : commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and more.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Design of a wide variety of building structures utilizing concrete, steel, masonry, and wood construction.
• Structures will be commercial office buildings, multi-story residential developments, multi-story storage buildings, public sector buildings, and other.
• Oversee construction administration activities on projects
• Monitor, manage and achieve all assigned project deadlines
• Ensure that clients are completely satisfied with all aspects of engineering services
• Providing office leadership for the firm.

Requirements :

• B.S. Civil Engineering; M.S degree a plus, emphasis on structures
• Licensed PE
• Minimum of 15 years experience in design of multi-story buildings at structural consulting firm(s)
• Experience managing projects and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in design using engineering software such as ETABS, RISA, SAFE, STAAD, RAM SS, ADAPT, EnerCalc.

Compensation & Benefits

Your health, well-being and financial stability are important to us. Anticipated compensation range for this position is $94,700 - $142,400 in the DC Metro area.

It includes benefits such as : medical, dental, vision, health savings account life and disability, 401(k) with Roth option, holidays, vacation, and sick time.

Eligibility for benefits begin on the 1st day of the month following your date of hire.
