What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors
- Coach regional sales team members on performance of business targets
- Identify, lead, and develop talent to maximize individual, team and organizational effectiveness
- Develop communication and territory management skills throughout regional sales team
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 2+ years of leading and training sales reps
- 7+ years of territory sales experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 50%
