The Director of Obstetrics & Women's Health Clinic assumes a pivotal leadership role in supporting clinic operations to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, and staff.
A strong emphasis is placed on continuous improvement to optimize clinic efficiency and effectively meet community needs.
The Director will also be expected to work in collaboration with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and department supervisors to ensure high-quality, coordinated care across Women's and Newborn Health services.
They are responsible for nurturing a culture of family-centered care among staff and integrating this philosophy into patient care practices.
Additionally, the Director is accountable for staff retention and development initiatives, enhancing communication channels, and fostering a culture of feedback within the department.
Professional development is maintained through ongoing education and participation in relevant professional organizations.
The role also involves implementing patient safety practices and ensuring age-appropriate care for patients and families.
By overseeing these critical aspects, the Director plays a key role in upholding the clinic's commitment to delivering exceptional care within a safe and supportive environment.
Schedule Details :
- Full-time 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday Friday, primarily hours between 8am 5pm
- On-site position working at CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud
Pay and Benefits :
- Exempt role, pay based on experience
- Full-time benefit eligible
- Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree required, nursing preferred Master’s Degree in nursing or other related field preferred
- At least 3 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated management skills including leadership, problem-solving, communication, organization, and goal-setting required
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned areas of responsibility
- Experience with quality and systems improvement
- Working knowledge of Physician and Advanced Practice Provider practice management
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota preferred
- Professional Membership preferred

The Obstetrics and Women’s Health clinic provides a variety of services to women across central Minnesota, including the new addition of gynecologic oncology provider.
