Director of Cash Vault Services
The Director of Cash Vault Services identifies, analyzes, sells, and supports cash vault services and products across CVS Operations throughout the US by providing leadership and building an effective team.
The Director of Cash Vault Services works closely with the VP of US Operations and Regional Vice President to attain positive results in P&Ls and in customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuously evaluates of operational controls and procedures to maximize departmental production and minimize staff errors.
- Negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of service or product solutions.
- Responds to requests for proposals, assessing customer needs and recommending effective strategies.
- Hardening customer retention work efforts by delivering superior level customer service.
- Generating supplementary revenue from the sale of cash vault products and services.
- Developing, revising and maintaining policies and procedures of cash application to ensure that they meet changing business requirements.
- Ensures that the cash applications team adheres to internal controls.
- Performs risk and cost benefit analyses.
- Overseas and assists in daily and monthly cash reconciliation process.
- Develops and monitors key performance indicators or levels for the cash vault services group.
Skills and Specifications
- Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- The ability to establish best practices and to communicate the processes effectively
- Ability to effectively manage people and interact well with others.
- The patience investigate and resolve accounting errors or problems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Money Manager and other proprietary software systems.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting related field from an accredited college, or equivalent education and experience
