Job Description :
Soliant Education is excited to announce an opening for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Massachusettsarea.
This full-time, on-site position is for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, covering K-12 grade levels.
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, assessing students' needs, and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Provide direct support and guidance to students with behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavior strategies into the classroom setting.
- Train and support staff and parents in the implementation of behavior strategies.
- Track and analyze data related to student behavior and progress.
- Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications :
- Valid BCBA certification and licensure.
- BCBA certification in Massachusetts
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for students.
