LHH is looking for Customer Service / Call Center professionals with the following skills :
Customer Support : Provide exceptional service by answering inbound and making outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries related to medical products and services.
Insurance Navigation : Assist customers in understanding their insurance benefits, including deductibles, co-pays, and coverage details.
Help them navigate the complexities of their plans to maximize their benefits.
Problem-Solving : Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to provide the best solutions and improve our service delivery.
Qualifications :
Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within the healthcare or medical field.
Knowledge : Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare products, and insurance processes.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Tech Savvy : Proficient in using call center technology and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Empathy : A genuine desire to help others and provide high-quality service.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
