Position Description : The Corporate Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing corporate projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
This role requires effective coordination with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
The CPM will oversee all aspects of project management, including resource allocation, risk management, and performance reporting, while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Duties / Responsibilities : Project Planning and Execution : Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
Develops comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manages project changes, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery. Stakeholder Management : Identifies and engages with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
Facilitates regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team to manage expectations and resolve conflicts. Resource Management : Allocates resources effectively, ensuring that project teams are adequately staffed and equipped.
Monitors team performance and productivity, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborates with Human resources and other departments to manage resource needs and capacity planning.
Budget Management : Develops and manages project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are within approved limits. Tracks project costs and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
Prepares financial reports and forecasts for senior management. Risk and Issue Management : Identifies potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
Develops and implements mitigation strategies to minimize risk exposure. Monitors and reports on project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
Performance Reporting : Establishs and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Prepares and presents regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensures that all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Implements quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. Other : Completes assigned training on time.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment.
Qualifications, Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
Master’s degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Proven experience in managing corporate projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.
g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana). Relevant experience in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce, skincare-wellness, and / or consumer goods, related business, a plus.
