Ideal Candidates Must Have Previous Manufacturing Experience. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Is Very Helpful.

Client Is Looking For Local Candidates
This job will have the following responsibilities :
- Accountable for creating and maintaining manufacturing processes that deliver the Business Plan
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Quality to evaluate and improve the manufacturability of products in the research and development stage as well as in mature production
- Communicate simply and effectively across all levels of the organization
- Communicate manufacturing plans and processes to internal and external customers through MRR (Manufacturing Readiness Reviews)
- Conceptualize and design manufacturing tooling when required to help support operations.
- Specify all necessary special processes, equipment, and fixtures required for manufacturing on assigned programs.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve manufacturing methods, efficiency, and product quality.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 4+ Years Working In Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- High attention to detail and extremely organized
- ISO 9001 knowledge and understanding
