The Business Analyst position will report to the Lead Business Analyst.As a Business Analyst, you will : Perform hands-on, in-depth analysis to assist in identifying business opportunities and decisionsPerform root cause analysis to understand what’s driving performance across key business metricsClearly and concisely communicate insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupport strategic initiatives from planning to execution, offering data-driven recommendations and tracking their successWork collaboratively to constantly elevate deep analysis and insights, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-makingYour Impact : Informed data decision-making at all levels of the organization, reducing the risk of making decisions based on intuition or incomplete informationThe ability for us to act quickly against your insights and recommendations to improve our overall businessDeep understanding of performance against our key strategic initiatives to keep moving us forward as a businessAbout You : 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role (e.

g. analytics, business intelligence, business analytics, finance, investment banking, financial / risk modeling, pricing, management consulting, etc.

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance or Combination of relevant education, experience and trainingAbility to understand and act on complex, open-ended problems, and to adapt, operate, and thrive under ambiguityExperience manipulating and summarizing data using SQLExperience communicating results and insights to cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with data-visualization (ex : Looker, Tableau, etc.
