Missions

• Sufficient knowledge and hands-on experience in Trade Finance products, including Letter of Credit, Collection, Letter of Guarantee, import and export financing, TCF products, receivable and supply chain financing products.
• Flexibility and learning ability in extending such knowledge and experience to new and innovative TF products; adapting new product features into the establishment of standard operational procedure, booking scheme and regulatory reporting.
• Keen sensitivity to compliance and financial security issues, with sufficient knowledge in effectively implementing such requirements in operational processing.
• Equipped with good sensitivity to operational principles and controls, ensuring the quality and efficiency of daily production by working closely with local processing team and platforms.
• Quick in detecting and responding to potential and actual operational risks, with the ability to find effective solutions.
• Active contribution, proposition, and implementation in the establishment of new products, new procedures and new projects, through active communication with stakeholders and knowledge sharing with processing users.
• Provide support and recommendations to Hub processing center in accordance with agreed service standards.
• Work with internal stakeholders for service requirements, instructions and projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, procedures, information security, and external regulatory standards in operations.
• Confirm to all internal policies related to the bank and function. Anti-Money Laundering Compliance is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in local regulatory reporting projects including EAST, PBOC Basic Data Collection, MBT, SAFE ASONE, RCPMIS, IMAS, etc.

Work effectively with Compliance, IT, Finance, MO, etc. to achieve sustainable data automation solutions and keep improving Operations’ data quality.

• Good communication skills and cooperative manner within Operations and with FO, MO, support functions, regional platforms and project teams.
• Transversal knowledge of related support functions is highly favored.
• Experience in local commercial draft products and loan processing is favored.
