Job Details
- Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med / Surg Tele RN.
- AUTO OFFER : Facility is willing to approve up to a 24-week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
- Must have minimum of 18 mos recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- PBDS Assessment waived.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
- Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
Job Requirements
- Must have PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
Schedule Information
D / N rotating shift : 3x12's 7pm-7 : 30am / 7am-7 : 30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc.
and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)
Unit Specific Information
Unit-Specific Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually.
Additional Details
- Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
- Silkroad / Onboarding / Modules Facility will send onboarding email which gives candidates access to silkroad for onboarding & modules.
- Candidates need to complete all modules prior to clearance to start.
- Cleveland Clinic will cover the cost of 4 hours of module time.
- Candidates name in Silkroad NEEDS to be listed as their legal name.
- Candidates are not to update their name in Silkroad.
- Modules MUST be completed on a computer; they cannot be completed from a phone.
- Modules MUST be completed in Google Chrome.
- Candidate cannot skip the training video and go straight to the test. The video must be watched first before moving forward to the test.
