LHH is proactively recruiting for a Project Administrative Assistant near Conshohocken, PA. This position is Temp to possible perm (Contract- Hire).
The anticipated pay range is between $24-$28 / hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.

Responsibilities : Manages schedules
Manages schedules
Track expenses
Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Payroll
Document meetings
Process purchase orders and invoices
Maintain and update project calendar
Qualifications : Diploma
Diploma
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites (mostly outlook and excel)
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently
Must come from Construction background
