Job Description :
Report to : National Sales Manager - MCO
- Responsible for Mekong Delta region.
- Develops and takes ownership to strategies, plans, objectives and programs in assigned territories.
- Develops respective strategic distributor’s (SD) strategies in support of territory sales goals.
- Provides and coordinates with engineering support for SD strategic accounts.
- Consults and plans with engineers on implementation of engineering services for SD nominated accounts.
- Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with SD key personnel and strategic accounts.
- Provides consultancy to SD for all aspects of account administration, including contract administration, credit reports and credit performance, and the updating and maintenance of the Industrial Business database.
- Provide consultancy and supports to Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) to follow / join new bids / projects / customers.
- Assists SD in pricing and brand awareness development.
- Provides periodically training / coaching to DSR for technical knowledge as well as soft skills.
Job Requirement :
- Male around 26-36
- University graduate. Candidates with Mechanical background is preferred.
- At least 4 years sales experienced in multi-national corporation.
- Good English and Vietnamese communication.
- Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive and adaptable manner.
- Result-oriented and problem solving skills
