Receptionist needed for busy Law Firm located in Atlanta. This position will represent the company as a first point of contact for all visitors so a professional, yet warm demeanor is a must! Please see detailed list of duties below :
- Answer and route telephone calls
- Open and close office
- Validate parking
- Maintain front office appearance
- Greet clients
- Set up rooms for meetings and depositions
- Make travel arrangements
- Confirm appointments
- Print, prepare, code and send outgoing mail
- Profile incoming electronic faxes
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Open, scan and code incoming mail
- File, copy and scan documents
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
- Assemble any and all manuals / packets when needed and store
Qualifications :
- 6 months - 1 year experience working in office support
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
