Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Description :
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage a variety of administrative tasks to
ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the office environment and supporting other staff members with administrative duties.
Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document
preparation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating officer for administrative tasks.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- MUST be a Texas Notary
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are beneficial
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
