Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
SKILLS are required to perform multiple, technical tasks with a potential need to upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
Specific skill based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include : operating standard office equipment;
using pertinent software applications; operating heaving and light duty vehicles; preparing and maintaining accurate records.
- KNOWLEDGE is required to perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percents, and / or ratios; read technical information, compose a variety of documents, and / or facilitate group discussions;
- and analyze situations to define issues and draw conclusions. Specific knowledge based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include : safe driving practices;
- provisions of the motor vehicle code and the education code applicable to the operation of vehicles transporting school students;
state licensing requirements; methods of instruction and training; first aid / CPR.

- and consider a variety of factors when using equipment. Flexibility is required to work with others in a wide variety of circumstances;

work with similar types of data; and utilize a variety of types of job-related equipment. Independent problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans.
Problem solving with data frequently requires independent interpretation of guidelines; and problem solving with equipment is significant.

Responsibility
Responsibilities include : working under limited supervision following standardized practices and / or methods; leading, guiding, and / or coordinating others;

W o r k Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands : some lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling, frequent climbing and balancing, and significant fine finger dexterity.
Generally the job requires 60% sitting, 20% walking, and 20% standing. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and / or illness.
Ex p e r i e nce : Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
