We are searching for a Creative Director of Social Media who is passionate about pushing boundaries and crafting compelling, innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.

What you’ll do

Creative Strategy Development : Spearhead the creation of strategic, brand-aligned creative initiatives based on target audience insights and industry trends.

Deepen understanding of the brand's voice to ensure consistency across all social platforms.

  • Content Ideation and Creation : Produce original and culturally resonant content across various formats such as videos, graphics, animations, and interactive experiences.
  • Content Calendar Management : Collaborate with the Marketing Social Media team to manage a comprehensive content calendar, planning strategic distribution to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead a team of creatives, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to foster an innovative and cooperative work environment.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee social media initiatives from concept to execution, aligning with brand goals and KPIs, and adjusting strategies based on performance analytics.
  • Community Engagement and Management : Develop engagement strategies and maintain communication with the community, influencers, and partners to strengthen relationships and boost brand visibility.
  • Budget Management : Work with marketing, creative heads, and finance teams to oversee the social media budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal return on investment.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring : Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media, using these insights to keep our strategies ahead of the curve and competitively relevant.
