McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for CMA for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include : Vitals, rooming patients; verification of medication lists, injections, prior authorizations, assist with allergy skin test.

Education
Graduate from an accredited program for Medical Assistants
Certification / License
- Certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from American Medical Technologist (AMT), NAHP, NCCT, NHA.
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Days : Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Experience
- Experience in medical office setting preferred.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
- Allergy experience preferred.
