Summary :
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and develop strategies aligning with the organization's business objectives.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, manage technical support, and spearhead IT projects. Additionally, the IT Manager will be responsible for budget management, procurement of new hardware, and providing guidance on technological advancements to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Oversee all technology operations, including IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including technical support staff and project managers.
- Coordinate IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage IT budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Procure new hardware, software, and services, negotiating contracts and vendor agreements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in IT security and data privacy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, advising senior management on potential opportunities and risks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT operations with a small and / or mid-size company..
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and security best practices.
- Experience managing IT budgets and procurement processes.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track progress.
- Ability to adapt to changing technological environments and drive innovation within the organization.
