This is how you will grow :
Responsible for the successful project management and project processing for Smart Factory implementation / realization.
- Independent management of Smart Factory projects
- Management and implementation of projects from feasibility to realization / acceptance by customers
- Project execution in accordance with costs, timing & quality expectations
- Negotiation of an contract amendments with client
- Management of project staff to achieve the defined internal project goals
- Coordination and support of internal specialist departments, subcontractors, customers, assembly and installation supervision and commissioning as well as the associated reporting and documentation
- Calculation, sales and qualification of employees for the further development of the team
Requirements :
This is how you will take us forward :
- Bachelor's Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, business or related field
- Strong knowledge in the field of Smart Factory, planning and commissioning of automation systems, optimization of value-added systems, factory planning, production supply, planning of manufacturing and assembly areas
- Smart factory experience preferred
- Experience with the transformation of manufacturing plants and structures
- Knowledge of the interrelationships, influencing factors and success criteria on the cost and performance targets
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills and a developed team focus with the goal of solving complex customer challenges
- Confident communicating and presenting to the customer's employees at all organizational levels
