High School Learning Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated High School Program Coordinator to lead our Personalized Learning Strategies initiative, one who also believes in innovative mindsets.

This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that enhance student learning experiences through customized educational paths.

Our ideal candidate will be a caring Christian educator, emerging in his / her teaching practice with a strong belief in students driving their own learning.

You should be a qualified professional with great attention to children's needs and be able to teach children with patience and creativity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and facilitate personalized learning programs that align with our educational objectives and standards for High School Students.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for students, guiding them in setting and achieving academic and personal growth targets, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor student progress, evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instructional practices accordingly, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate personalized learning approaches in their teaching practices, including differentiated instruction and adaptive learning technologies.
• Engage with students, parents, and community stakeholders to promote understanding and support for personalized learning initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in personalized education to continually innovate and improve our programs.
• Collaborate with school leadership and stakeholders to promote a culture of innovation and excellence in education, advocating for the adoption of innovative practices that enhance student engagement, achievement, and well-being.

Qualifications :

• A Passion for guiding and nurturing Kingdom-class scholars
• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. (Bachelor's Degree will be considered)
• ACSI or FLDOE Certified or eligibility for state certification requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse groups including students, teachers, and community members.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational / classroom experience, preferably within a high school setting.
• Previous experience in personalized learning or innovative education initiatives
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform educational strategies and decisions.
• Commitment to staying informed about the latest educational research and best practices.
