Our Medication Care Partners (Med Techs) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan.

Currently Hiring for : Full-time & Part-time - 2nd shift and overnight (11p-7a) shifts available!
Offering a shift differential ($1 extra / hr) for 2nd, 3rd, and all weekend shifts!

What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?
- Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
- Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
- Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
- Encourage and assist with activity programs
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat :
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have or ability to obtain a Medication Technician Certificate (per state requirements)
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
