DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods* Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies* Handle routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping / delivery cycle* Log order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary* Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges* Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped* Review customer ordersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation / Experience : * High school diploma or equivalent required* Demonstrates awareness of job duties (typically
