Responsibilities The Nurse Manager, working in collaboration with the Nursing Leadership has responsibility for coordinating and supervising nursing care and the delivery of services in an effective manner for the children, adolescents and adult patients.
Performs staff management functions for MHTs / MHT IIs to include but not limited to hiring, performance management, evaluations and departmental training.
Pay starting at $80, to $, depending on experience. Experience : Five years’ experience specific to the assessment, evaluation, intervention and management of adolescents, children and adults in an inpatient health setting preferred.
License : Current RN licensure in the State of North Carolina or compact state. BLS / CPI annual certification. Physical requirements : Light Work Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
