Through our specializedapproach, we empower these children, guiding them towards their full potential. Our methods drawfrom the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied BehavioralAnalysis (ABA) therapy.

By joining our team, you'll contribute significantly to our mission-driven caremodel.We're actively seeking a committed Behavior Technician, often referred to as an RBT (RegisteredBehavior Technician) or ABA Therapist.

This role is integral to our efforts, providing top-tier ABAtherapy services that have a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
• Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Qualifications :

• Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
• Ability to work on a team
