Job Opportunity : Foam Assembler
A client of ours located in Tualatin is looking for a Foam Assembler. In this role you would Assembles several types of foam to specification and cut sheets to apply in wood crates or Pelican cases.

Permanent hire chance post-contract hours.
Responsibilities :
- Safely operate band saws (vertical / horizontal), dye presses, and utility knives to cut foam to customer specifications.
- Utilize production software and follow site-specific production line paths to track jobs.
- Adhere foam to cases, crates, or other pieces using adhesives and hot air, ensuring secure seals.
- Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member :
- Address and report equipment defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all procedures, policies, and equipment guidelines.
- Speak up if observing unsafe conditions or actions.
- Perform work efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements :
- HS Diploma / GED
- Willingness to use heat sealers, utility knives, machinery, and varying textures of foam.
- Basic computer skills needed to log in and out of jobs with employee identification number.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Able to lift to 50 lbs.
Schedule & Pay :
- Training : Monday - Thursday, 5 am-3 : 30 pm
- Pay : $18 / hour
- Regular (Swing Shift) : Monday - Friday, 3 : 30 pm-12 : 00 am
- Pay : $20 / hour
