Looking for an entry level position in a thriving construction office? We are looking for a candidate with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills to join our team.
Responsibilities include :
- Entering data into Buildertrend and spreadsheets, often from physical documents or emails.
- Update and maintain existing data, ensuring it is properly stored in the cloud with physical backups.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Enter once, check twice.
- Organizing and maintain digital and paper files.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and gather needed information.
- May assist with generating reports from data.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction required.
- Experience with Buildertrend or other construction software a plus.
