JOB SUMMARY :
- Seeking a FileNet Architect for a client in the finance industry.
- Hybrid in Chicago
- Pay range : $70 - 80 / hr
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work on development projects.
- Provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management / Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility).
- System administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Provide direction and technical advice to other team members.
- Identify and understand issues and draw conclusions / resolutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required.
- Extensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, IBM Enterprise Records required.
- Experience in patching / upgrading FileNet.
- Extensive experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL.
- Experience migrating on-prem FileNet platform to Cloud.
- Knowledge on Kofax Total Agility, ICC.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Extensive experience on a variety of application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere and Tomcat.
- Extensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databases.
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Windows servers.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environment.
- Experience in tuning databases and application servers.
- Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
- Experience setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts.
- Experience using change management tools.
