Overview :

DiversyFund seeks a seasoned Fintech Systems Architect to lead the design and integration of systems across our state-of-the-art crowdfunding platform.

This role is crucial for maintaining seamless, secure, and efficient operations, enhancing user experience, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in fintech architecture and a deep understanding of financial processes and data management.

Responsibilities :

• System Design and Integration : Architect and refine systems and processes across the fintech platform, including property-level bookkeeping, Cap Table adjustments with Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and integration with property and fund administration.
• Comprehensive Connectivity : Ensure seamless connectivity between multiple systems, including integration with fintech services such as Plaid, Giact, and Modern Treasury, as well as financial institutions like Silicon Valley Bank.
• Financial Operations : Manage and oversee bank reconciliations, customer distributions, and the intricacies of banking relationships and payment gateway rails.
• Compliance and Security : Implement and integrate compliance measures for AML / KYC through platforms like Persona, ensuring all customer funds are properly cleared and reconciled.
• Forecasting and Reporting : Conduct financial forecasting at the property, fund, and parent company levels. Develop comprehensive financial statements for customer distribution.
• Data Management and AI Integration : Oversee the management and integrity of data across the platform, employing AI technologies to enhance data processing and user interactions.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with product development and user experience teams to ensure system architectures meet business goals and deliver superior user experiences.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in a fintech environment with a focus on system architecture and integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial systems, SPV management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of fintech platforms such as Plaid, Giact, and Modern Treasury.
• Experience with AI applications in data management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Experience in crowdfunding, investment management, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.
