In this key position, you will oversee the administrative, operational, and financial functions of our organization, ensuring that we operate efficiently and effectively to serve our diverse community.

As the Administration & Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, including an Office and Administrative Coordinator, facilities maintenance staff, and client support personnel.

Your role will involve close collaboration with HR, Finance, and other departments on strategic initiatives, making your contributions essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
  • Manage financial processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP.
  • Lead facilities management efforts, focusing on maintenance, safety, and space utilization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or financial management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and results.
