Remote Benefits Specialist Must be a resident of North Carolina (or Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Ohio, South Carolina, or Tennessee) The Weatherspoon Agency, a regional division of American Income Life (AIL), has been a leader in providing supplemental benefits for over 68 years.

Primary Duties : Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance policies.

Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals. Maintain all current licensing, agency, and carrier compliance requirements.

Qualifications : Licensing : We will assist you through these steps once you are hired for the position. The position will require you to obtain and hold a resident insurance producer license for North Carolina along with additional Georgia state licensing requirements.

Is also open to residents of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Ohio, South Carolina or Tennessee.) Coachability : A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges.
