A well-known Commercial Construction Company is seeking a talented Jr. Project Accountant / Accounting Assistant to join a growing team in Miami, FL 33136!
This Jr. Project Accountant / Accounting Assistant would be assisting Project Accountants.
Location : Miami, FL This is an In Office role
Qualifications for the role :
- 1-2 years of accounting experience within the construction industry is a must
- Processing MISC invoices and credit cards
- Job costing experience, accounts payable, and billing
- Candidate will handle projects from Project Accountants on the team
- Excellent communication skills, very professional demeanor
- Excellent Excel skills
- MS Office Suite knowledge; Timberline or similar software is helpful - not required
- They use CMiC construction software
- Bachelor's degree required for this role
