Description

As a Senior Research Investigator at CCI / HGEL, you will take a central role in our ongoing research and development activities in the field of cancer immunotherapy.

You will work closely with a dynamic team of scientists and researchers to design and implement innovative strategies to develop and implement novel experimental approaches and methodologies to study immune cell-tumor interactions, to modulate immune responses within the tumor microenvironment and to more efficiently target tumor cells, with the ultimate goal of translating these approaches to the clinics to further enhance immunotherapeutic approaches and to inform the next generation of clinical products.

Position contingent upon funding.

Qualifications :

Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology or related field and 5 years post-doctoral experience required.

Experience in Cancer Biology and Immunology and related disciplines preferred.

Proven expertise in the study of immune cell interactions within solid tumors

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage research projects, from conception to completion

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion for advancing cancer immunotherapy research and a track record of innovation in the field

Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation

Previous leadership and mentorship experience is a plus

Strong multitasking abilities and an extremely high-level of reliability and dependability

Excellent organizational record keeping skills

Strong interpersonal skills

$36,368.00 - $94,753.00 Annual Rate

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
