A private family in Englewood, NJ, is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Housekeeper to maintain their home with the highest level of cleanliness and care
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and experience working in a high-end formal household setting
Flexibility to work occasional weekends is required, and the candidate must have the ability to drive to the Englewood area.
Responsibilities :
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of all areas of the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Handle delicate items and fine furnishings with care, ensuring everything is cleaned to the highest standard.
- Launder and iron clothing and linens, including wardrobe organization.
- Assist with light meal preparation as needed.
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and household inventories, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks.
- Drive to the residence in Englewood, NJ, and be available for occasional weekend work based on the family's needs.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a housekeeper in a high-end, formal household setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, especially for fine surfaces and fabrics.
- Ability to maintain discretion and respect the family’s privacy at all times.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to the Englewood, NJ area.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
