Compensation :

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Craft personalized financial plans tailored to meet the unique needs and situations of individual clients in Fargo, ND.
  • Educate clients on a diverse range of financial products and services including life insurance, mutual funds, and savings plans.
  • Utilize social media and various marketing tools to engage with potential clients while providing relevant financial education.
  • Manage clients' financial information, including their objectives, cash flow, and expectations, using a CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of clients' specific financial goals and risk tolerance through active participation in educational meetings and seminars.
  • Participate in a comprehensive two-year training program to enhance financial service sales skills.

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills are essential for effectively explaining complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Developing relationships and networking are key abilities needed for success in this role.
  • Holding a life and health insurance license is a mandatory requirement, or the ability to acquire one is necessary.
