Responsibilities :
- Develop and finalize cosmetic formulas, ensuring they meet product specifications and performance standards.
- Monitor the stability of formulas over time and make necessary adjustments to address any issues.
- Create prototype formulas and modify existing formulations based on testing and feedback.
- Provide creative and resourceful solutions to problems encountered during the product development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and maintain a minimum of 5 basic projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Document and report on formulation progress, stability testing, and other relevant data.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to formulation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
