Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System providing reactive / notification / escalation services
- Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for local and international Colocation Customers
- Fiber / copper cross-connects and equipment troubleshooting
- Perform rack & stack tasks for customer equipment
- Monitor and assist Customer Support requests
Background Required :
- Experience in Customer Service, Operation Centres or Data centres
- Experience of Cat5e / Cat6a / Fibre Cabling Techniques
- Previous ISP or Telco Background
- Entry level applicants welcome
- Happy to work a variety of shifts
