Fleet MarketManager
Location : LosAngeles
Compensation : $65000 Monthly bonusopportunity
The Market Manager willplay a key role for the company by ensuring our vehicles meet ourcustomer s standards for safety and cleanliness and ultimatelyproviding our customers with exceptional care.
This positionmanages Fluid Truck s fleet at a local level and reports directlyto the Regional MarketManager.
The MarketManager will be responsible for the following facets of fleet management atthe marketlevel :
Simplepreventativemaintenance
Followingguidelines provided by the Regional Market Manager for conductingregular preventative maintenance and simplerepairs
Coordinatingwith Regional Market Manager and Operations Manager when a vehiclerequires maintenance or repairs to be conducted by avendor
Coordinatewith vendors at the local level as needed to ensure a smoothprocess for maintenance andrepairs
Responsivenessto customer issues andrequests
Respondto customer issues and requests within the established timeframe
Provideour customers with excellentcare
VehicleInspections
Conductvehicle inspections as required using our mobileapp
Ensureall inspections are completed within the designated time and alldata isaccurate
Onboardingnewvehicles
Onboardingnew vehicles includes attaching decals installing telematicsprinting plates and making sure insurance cards are in thevehicles
Offboardinglegacyvehicles
Decommissioningvehicles includes removing decals uninstalling telematics andremoval of allregistrations.
Additionalresponsibilitiesinclude :
Collaboratingwith multiple team members and departments including the sales teamto ensure a seamless customerexperience
Effectivelycommunicating with the Regional Market Manager and OperationsManager to ensure local fleet is in optimalcondition
Pickingup and dropping off vehicles at various locations asneeded
Assistingwith the vehicle recoveryprocess
Makesfinancial decisions to promote the health of the local fleet whilereducingcosts
FieldWork : This position is considered field work and is generally outdoors invarious weather elements. The vehicles in our fleet are staged invarious Fluid Truck locations and customer locations throughout themarket.
These locations are generally parking lots that vary andcould be concrete gravel and dirtlots.

Requirements
Provensuccess in a fastpaced customerfocused workenvironment
Mustbe proficient with mobile app technology with the ability to useour mobile app and navigate various internalplatforms
Experiencein general automotive maintenance and / or fleet management orrelatedfield
Abilityto develop and manage local vendorrelationships
Generalbusiness acumen with the ability to identify and recommend costsavingmeasures
Excellentcommunicationskills
Mustbe able to lift up to 75lbs; sitting standing bending twistingstretching kneeling for up to 8 hours perday.
Mustbe willing to commute as needed in a company providedvehicle
Musthave a valid drivers license and clean Motor VehicleReport
