Responsibility Statements
- The Instructional Designer Services Analyst II develops web-based, instructor-led, blended instruction and virtual sessions learning solutions within the client’s technological environment.
- Receives learning objectives and other source content from client subject matter experts.
- Organizes targets into a logical, instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the end user learner.
- Responds to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and client subject matter expert issues.
- Revises or redevelops learning solutions in response to feedback from the client.
- Delivers project on time within budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
