Vaco is partnering with a great manufacturing company that is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with a background in full cycle general ledger accounting.
The position will be mostly remote with a handful of monthly meetings in the greater Philadelphia suburbs.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for various daily weekly and monthly tasks and be very deadline driven. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of full cycle accounting and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Support Controller, CFO and Mgr of FPA with accurate and timely month end close and other critical reports.
- Assist accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payments.
- Experience with processing sales force monthly commissions.
- Supply chain and inventory accounting experience preferred.
- Have manufacturing and / or distribution experience is mandatory.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
- Minimum of 3 year of manufacturing accounting experience.
- Experience with NetSuite or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Solid analytical problem skills
