- Fluent in English and one other language (e.g. Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, etc.)
- Demonstrates a long-term commitment and understanding of the "seeds" concept
- Enthusiastic, disciplined, open-minded individual with a passion for success
- Excellent interpersonal aptitude, strong communication skills, and a caring attitude
- Self-motivated and coachable, with the ambition to advance in their career
- Capacity to build relationships and possess great people skills
- Candidate is required to hold either a US passport, a green card, or a regular renewable EAD (we are not able to contract with F1 Visa - OPT - CPT)
