Requirements :
As our chosen Maintenance Technician , every day you will complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing, and electrical duties at the property.
Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas. Complete work orders within 24 hours and follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the manufactured home communities. Big Valley Woods (229 Spaces 68 RV Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home / RV community in Boring, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician !

Requirements
To thrive in this role :
1+ years prior experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
Experience in building upkeep and assisting with landscaping work
Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast paced team-oriented environment
Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule
Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs unassisted
