The Position : We are looking for motivated individuals willing to train to become Machine Operators within our Wire Mill operations team.
As a Machine Operator, you will run various production machines to produce Red Brand products such as barb wire, fence, and galvanized wire and become a part of the Independent Steel Workers' Alliance (ISWA) Union.
Required Qualifications Include :
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings
- High School diploma / GED or ability to pass basic reading / math assessment required
- Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and overtime as required
- Weekend / Holiday availability (premium rates apply!)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Positive, team-oriented mentality

Base starting pay $19.65 / Hour with opportunities for $4-$7 incentive pay achievable after training period.
Additional $0.35 / hr for 2nd shift
Additional $0.50 / hr for 3rd shift
