They are looking for a skilled Project Manager / Estimator in Heavy Civil, hard bid, unit price work and project management with a focus on bridges / structures / deep foundations.

Project Manager / Estimator Position Essential Job Functions :

• Have a degree in engineering, construction management, or other related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience estimating in Heavy Civil Construction.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing superintendents, foremen and crew within the division.
• Have experience overseeing all aspects of project execution from procurement to final completion.
• Have experience with hard bid, unit price work with a focus on bridges / structures / deep foundations.
• Review blueprints, bid documents, specifications, and prepare RFI’s.
• Proven skills in construction cost estimating techniques.
• Be good with change orders and minimize costs.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job software.
