Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Department team. Providing high-quality care to our patients, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values your expertise and encourages professional growth.
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing treatment plans, and progressing patients through levels of treatment to maximize outcomes.
In addition, you will provide education and discharge planning for patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate services.
Requirements
- Active licensure in the State of Tennessee
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's / Doctorate preferred
- Prior experience in outpatient and sports medicine PT
