The Executive Assistant’s primary focus will be providing support to the President of Centri Business Consulting, LLC ( the Firm ).
This person will be responsible for assisting in driving growth in the Firm, while enhancing our brand image for the Firm both internally and externally.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide support to the President with calendar management, coordinating meetings or events, and taking minutes in meetings if necessary.
- Performing minor accounting activities, as well as assisting with expense reports.
- Additional administrative duties within the time management and office reservation platforms.
- Assisting with various projects that would require the development of writing content.
- Prepare word documents, PowerPoint presentations or any other documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and employee information.
- Support Firm initiatives and development opportunities.
- Work to build relationships and promote collaboration in a hybrid environment.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Extremely organized
- Detail oriented to edit / proof documents.
- Ability to manage time and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as in group setting.
- Self-starter and takes initiative.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
Education And Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or significant clerical duties.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in communications, business administration or a related field.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.
- Travel will be 5% of the time when necessary.
