Network Project Manager - III
Network Project Manager

Position is remote but residence within submarket preferred but not required
Responsibilities for Network Project Manager
- Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs
- Interfaces with internal and external Engineering, Operations and Network Planning organizations
- Tracks status of Engineering and Operations initiatives
- Manages database information for project updates
- Provides forecasted timelines and tracks project completion
- Shares weekly / monthly project progress with leaders and stakeholders
- Hosts and facilitates multiple project team meetings
- Ensures compliance with Telecommunication standards and practices
- Manages vendors, internal teams, and resources
- Works with team to progress projects urgently
- Communicates and manages project risks and issues
- Operates as a team leader and strategic influencer
- Communicates effectively at all levels
MUST HAVE SKILLS for Network Project Manager :
- Minimum 5 years experience in :
- Project management, vendor management, or related fields
- Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and database applications
- Minimum 3 years experience in :
- Managing geographically distributed teams
- Communications industry
DESIRED SKILLS for Network Project Manager :
- Knowledge of transport networks (layers 1, 2, 3); ROADM and Metro Ethernet
- Experience implementing mission critical infrastructure projects
- Experience with Slack, Tableau or Salesforce applications
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification or knowledge of Project Management standards

- Projects primarily in KS and MO (Mountain Plains submarket)
