Production Associate

We are hiring Production Workers on 2nd shift! These individuals will be responsible for helping others by moving, banding, and learning how to process steel to customer specifications.

Duties include a wide variety of tasks, from material handling, crane operations, forklift operating, machine setup, problem-solving, quality control, and other duties to assist with daily operations.

We train on the job so manufacturing experience is not required.

• Starting pay is $20 / hr. plus $1.50 premium for 2nd shift.

Available shifts

• Regular 2nd Shift Hours 3pm to 11pm / Overtime hours 3pm-1am
• Saturday overtime as needed and scheduled in advance.

Required Experience

• Know, understand, and follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with basic math & reading skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have ability to work off shifts / 8-10 hours daily / weekends as required.
• Ability to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost goals.

Salary Range : $20- $24.09 / hr.
